| With the 26th pick in the 2nd round, The Broncos select.......................... Ahtyba Rubin, Iowa State
Not the player I had originally intended to draft, but Rubin is a solid DT. Had a good combine and will start as a rookie in a young front 4(Dumervil, Rubin, Marcus Thomas, Jarvis Moss)

| With the 27th pick in the 2008 NFL draft, the Jaguars select..................... Chris Ellis, DE VT
THis might be a little bit of a reach here but he is a 2nd round talent dropping a little because of character issues. Since trading SPicer away, they need a good replcaement at DE

| With the 29th pick in the 2nd round, the Packers select................... Anthony Collins, T Kansas
Collins will have the benefit of not having to play for a season or 2 - possibly more. The Ts on the Packers roster are good, but are getting up in age and Collins will be able to sit and learn from 2 very good Ts. It's unclear which side of the line he will play on. This is basically a luxury pick for the Packers because they already had a 2nd round pick (TE Keller).

| With the 30th pick in the second round the Cowboys pick......... Chris Johnson RB
Jerry Jones wanted to add another RB to the roster to compliment Barber since they lost Julius Jones to the Seahawks in FA. Johnson ran the fastest time at the combine (a blazing 4.20) and will help give this offense another dimension.

| With the 31st pick in round 2, the Patriots select.................................... Jamaal Charles, RB Texas
Kevin Faulk will be 32 next season and NE could use another RB to help spell Maroney. Charles is very fast, agile, and a great WR out of the backfield and can also lineup at the WR position. He is an extremely versatile player and NE will find ways to utilize him in situations that will make him very dangerous.
